Women’s Circle Leadership & Facilitation Training

Six Wednesday evenings, July 2 to August 6, 2025 (exact time TBD)

You feel the ember in your chest every time women gather—and know it’s your turn to tend the fire.

This training is for you if…

You call Victoria, BC home (or nearby lands and waters).

You identify as she and/or they and sense that your leadership looks less like hierarchy, more like holding space where truth can land.

You’re ready to ripple impact outward, lighting other women’s torches so the work travels far beyond a single living room, studio, or shoreline.

You’ve whispered, “One day I’ll facilitate” and just realized one day has a date stamp: now.

You savour deep listening and brave conversation, even when they brush against discomfort—because you trust that’s where deeper connection lives.

You crave practical tools that match your intuition: agendas that breathe, prompts that spark, and trauma-aware practices that keep the circle steady.

If you nodded (or exhaled) at least once, this training is already calling your name.

Light your torch. Pass it on.

The Blue Moon Collective was born from a single spark: Natasha Gray’s fierce devotion to truth and the healing power of shared stories that undo aloneness.

After facilitating more than 300 circles, she noticed a pattern: every constellation of women kindled a new spark in at least one participant, who inevitably asked, “How do I create this for others?”

To multiply those sparks, Natasha teamed up with circle alum Kristin Evans—an ICF-certified coach and facilitator who sees deep listening and leaning into discomfort as gateways to a fully lived, deeply connected life.

Together they crafted the Blue Moon Women’s Circle Leadership & Facilitation Training, a program that turns intuition into skill so emerging leaders can hold spaces where women feel radically seen — and then step forward to light new circles of their own.

Six week immersion

Weekly in-person gatherings with support available between.

Gathering 1: Spark

It begins with you. Tending to your own flame before you can hold warmth for others.

Gathering 2: Kindling

Gather and prepare the space. Safety, structure, and intention are what help a spark catch.

Gathering 3: Flame

Learn to be with what is so. Your attunement and presence sets the tone for the group.

Gathering 4: Ember

The quiet burn. Where it gets messy, deep, and sacred—requiring humility and heart.

Gathering 5: Hearth

The warmth that gathers others. Holding space without ego; leading as an act of devotion.

Gathering 6: Ignite

From flame to legacy. You carry the fire forward, shaped by your voice, values, and truth.

Rooted in Wholeness

Everything exiled in us longs to come home. You’ll learn to welcome every voice. Yours first, then your group’s.

Depth With Gentle Edges

You’ll practice bringing clarity alongside compassion. Develop your capacity to cut to the truth without cutting people down. Then support other women to do it too.

Trauma-Aware Leadership

We’ll give you tools to recognize nervous-system signals, keep the room regulated, and turn rupture into repair.

Your Facilitators

  • Natasha Gray

The founder and lead facilitator of Blue Moon Collective, Natasha is a torch-bearer for truth. Her women’s circles are portals to collective healing, undoing long-held stories of separateness.

With more than 1,000 hours guiding circles, Conscious Relationship Training, and therapeutic workshops, she meets each participant with unflinching compassion and a willingness to pull forth uncomfortable truths that ache to be spoken.

Her compass is set to radical honesty. She’ll bring you friction from a loving place, and point out your bullshit in service of standing for your highest good. Natasha supports women to uncover the beliefs that block connection, and nurtures a community where they can stand fully seen and fully expressed.

Through Blue Moon Collective, Natasha turns raw vulnerability into shared power, offering a path from inner excavation to relational freedom. She is devoted to lighting torches in others so brave conversations, and the women who hold them, can illuminate the wider world.

  • Kristin Evans

A circle facilitator and founding member of Blue Moon Collective, Kristin is a discomfort-dancer and word-weaver who treats circle work as sacred ground. An ICF-certified ontological coach, she listens with her whole body until unspoken truths surface, then steadies the room so each voice can land.

She came to this work after years of thriving in traditionally masculine spaces—and realizing something was missing. Circle offered her a new kind of belonging, one that welcomed the full range of who she is. Now, she holds space with clarity, warmth, and unapologetic depth, inviting others to show up fully and speak what’s real.

Known for her regulating presence, sharp insights, and refusal to collude with diminishing stories, Kristin brings a mix of structure and soul that calls people forward. Whether guiding a circle or teaching in Blue Moon’s facilitation training, she’s here to help you step into your voice, your leadership, and your truth.

There is a kind of brilliance in you that doesn’t need more polishing—just the right conditions to rise.

If you’ve read this far, you’re already hearing the call.

Come train with us. Come shape the spaces the world is asking for.
